Featured projects

Molder Upgrade

We reverse engineered and built many new parts for this molder to upgrade it from an older, less durable style to a newer style with more capacity.

Custom Parts

In addition to being a full-service shop, we also make parts to specification.

Vacuum Plate

A vacuum test plate for a Microelectricalmechanical System (MEMS) test fixture.

Hydraulics

In addition to building new hydraulic lines and adding abrasion resistant covers, to save the customer money, we sourced new valves rather than having the old valves serviced.

Molder Adapter

This is a roughly 16” x 20” x 3” T-track part we reverse engineered and modified.

Custom Repair Parts

We built a custom blanking plate on this manifold for a component our customer no longer used.
